Yoga for Every Body: Kundalini Seminar and Class

When: Wednesday, January 29th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Where: Hart House, Music Room
Details: Often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice has the power to transform thinking patterns, open the self to happiness, as well as slow down the aging process by stimulating health and vitality. The Hart House Recreational Athletics Committee welcomes radiant yogi Devjeet Kaur, from Lotus Yoga Centre, to guide our seminar on the principles and origins of the Kundalini school of yoga, as well as lead the yoga practice. Please email hhrecreation@utoronto.ca to register for this event.
