Schedule Changes

Check this section regularly for updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also check our class schedules posted daily outside of the lower gym, for any last-minute changes or updates to our class schedules or instructors.

  • Thursday, November 3, 2016:
    • 7:30 a.m. Boot Camp: Celton will be filling in for Brittany.
  • Friday, November 4, 2016:
    • 2:10 p.m. Aqua-Fit: **Class Cancelled for the day due to repairs on the pool deck.  Aqua-Fit returns to its regular schedule Monday, November 7, 2016.
  • Friday, November 11, 2016:
    • 4:30 p.m. Zumba:  Kristina will be filling in for Melissa.
  • Thursday, November 17, 2016:
    • 11:10 a.m. Zumba: Kristina will be filling in for Rachel.

Facility News

  • Normal operations today.
  • Friday, October 28, 2016: Hart House closes at 5 p.m. for the Hart House Hallowe’en Wizard’s Ball.  The Fitness Centre will remain open, however, only the North Entrance (via the back lane) will be available for use after 5 p.m.
