We’ve added a second Zoomer-Fit class! Now you can participate in this lively, designed for Boomers fitness class Mondays and Thursdays at 10 a.m., starting January 22, 2018.

Hart House Runners

Join the Runners’ group every Friday at 1 pm on our indoor track. The group has been meeting since 1974. All are welcome, from students to faculty, and all levels are accommodated.

Schedule Changes

Check this section regularly for updates to our posted Drop-In Fitness class schedule. Also check our class schedules posted daily outside of the lower gym, for any last-minute changes made to the schedule.

Friday, April 20, 2018:
9:10 a.m. Pound – Pound is cancelled today and will return next week.
4:30 p.m. Zumba – This class will change to Dance Fire for today only and will be taught by Dione.
Sunday, April 22, 2018:
12:10 p.m. Nia – Nia is cancelled today (Nia city-wide professional development) and will return next week.
Tuesday, April 24, 2018:
6:10 p.m. Zumba – Maral will be filling in for Karine.

Facility News

Normal operations today.

April 16 to April 30, 2018: The Gym and Exercise Room floors are scheduled to be resurfaced from April 16 to April 30th inclusive.  During this time there will be no access to these areas.  Nearly all the Drop-In Fitness Classes have been relocated to the Activities Room.  Pleasr check here regularly for updates during the restoration period. For your added convenience, Senior Members and students will have access to the Athletic Centre during this time. This resurfacing should last 8-10 years.

The North Entrance to the Fitness Centre is now open!

The Tower Rd Entrance (accessible) is now open: Did you know that the Queen’s Park East Entrance (Founder’s Walk) is now accessible?  We have provided a ramp along with power assist doors for your convenience.  Please note that the north walkway is fully accessible providing clear access to Tower Rd. from Queen’s Park.
