Voice and Speech: An Introduction - 4496
Description: This class will guide you to open up your voice through breath awareness and physical and vocal explorations. Enhance communication by identifying habits that restrict your voice from being free and expressive. Discover how to deal with vocal stress patterns and to make authentic connections to words and to the people you are speaking to. Learn how to release tension and allow your inner voice to be revealed. Participants must bring a yoga mat and a towel to each class. Instructor: L.J.
